Malcolm has a degree in Kinesiology as well as a certification in NASM CPT and his level 1 Nutrition certification from NCI. Malcolm was an athlete growing up and has been a gym rat for as long as he can remember. His passion for fitness reflects in his craft as he’s worked with over 300 clients ranging from the ages of 16 to 78 years old. Additionally, he has taught group classes focused on HIIT, sports performance, and stretching/performance recovery. Malcolm specializes in weight loss, muscle building, and sports performance training. Being a former athlete and current assistant coach for Delasalle High School’s Wrestling team, he enjoys spending his time teaching others and helping them see their true potential in a safe and enjoyable environment. Nothing brings him more excitement that seeing someone achieve something that they once thought was impossible!
