Greg Buford is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) & TRX Certified Personal Trainer. Greg has many experiences that vary from growing up as a gym rat and active child with the Chicago Park District, to playing a variety of sports like basketball, football, lacrosse, taekwondo, and also professionally competing and teaching ballroom dance, which have given him a plethora of knowledge and depth of understanding of basic, intermediate and dynamic movements. He’s eager as a Personal Trainer to share this knowledge with his clients and lead them to happy, healthy, and lasting lifestyle changes.
