He is credited by ACE (American Council on Exercise) and is a high-energy trainer with a lot of enthusiasm. He has years of experience in strength training and powerlifting and is a firm believer in taking baby steps towards your health and fitness goals. He believes slow and steady improvements over a long period of time is key, both in and outside the gym. Edwin loves to strength train and believes it must build upon the foundation of mobility, flexibility, posture, and balance; all of which he loves working on with his clients!
